SHOW RULES
#01 - All birds MUST be the bona-fide property of the exhibitor.

#02 - Arrangements will be made to ensure that the birds are properly cared for & all necessary precautions will be taken for the safety of the birds. The show committee cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur while at the show hall - entries are accepted on this condition.
​
#03 - Only the birds in the selling class need to have a price against the bird entered & they will be on sale as soon as judging has finished. First claimant shall pay entry form price, exhibitor pays £1 for each sales bird. Exhibitor can only enter 50% of sales birds of that he or she has entered into the show.
​
#04 - Please nominate specialist clubs individual and not "All Clubs".

#05 - DEFRA LICENCE CONDITIONS

A record of all exhibits & vendors of birds will be held for 3 months & will include the following information:
​
i) Full name
ii) Home address
iii) Telephone number
iv) Number of Gloster Canaries

#06 - SALES
​
No sales birds in main exhibition only in sales classes, to comply with NBSOY guidelines. IE - 20 Birds in exhibition classes will allow 10 birds in sales classes & pro-rata. Sales classes will be judged, price labels will be attached after judging. All sales to be made through Sales Steward - price to be clearly marked on entry form. Only Glosters allowed in sales classes.

#07 - Birds accepted Saturday at 17:30 till 19:30 & Sunday at 07:30 till 08:30.
​
#08 - Judging starts 09:00 prompt & lifting will be approximately 15:30 (Overall lifting will be at Show Managers Instruction only).
​
#09 - All birds to have sufficient seed & water.
​
#10 - Only authorised people allowed in show hall whilst judging is in progress.
